Suffering is not only unavoidable but it can be a catalyst for finding deeper meaning in life. Each person must confront their own suffering.

Meaning and psychology
Viktor Frankl
The search for meaning is the primary motivational force in human beings.
I believe that life has meaning under all circumstances, even the most miserable ones. It is our responsibility to find purpose in our suffering and to transcend it. The will to meaning is our strongest drive, and it is through our choices, attitudes, and personal responsibility that we can craft our own destinies. Meaning can be discovered in every moment, and it is this pursuit that ultimately leads to fulfillment. I urge others not to ask what life can offer them, but rather what they can give to life.
